Desired skills and qualifications include, but may not be limited to:
A Bachelor, HND or Associate degree in Mining, Geology, Mining Processing Engineering Chemical Engineering;
10-15 years of experience in Mining, Geology, Mining Processing Engineering Chemical Engineering;
Ability to comply with and enforce procedures, as well as problem solving abilities;
Must be detail and able to meet tight schedules;
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills;
Professional appearance and manner;
Some project coordination experience is preferred.
